Sous-chef Meg Bickford has called the Commander’s Palace kitchen her culinary home since 2008. A graduate of the John Folse Culinary Institute, Chef Meg worked her way up the hot line and management positions of the renowned Garden District restaurant to become its first female sous chef. When she took over the executive chef position of the now shuttered Café Adelaide in 2017, she became the first-ever female executive chef for the Commander’s Family of restaurants.
