Tucked away in Uptown New Orleans, the Mosquito Supper Club celebrates authentic Cajun food. Through a unique family-style dining experience, Chef Melissa Martin shares the dishes of her childhood on Bayou Petit Caillou in Chauvin, Louisiana. A graduate of Loyola University, Chef Melissa honed her self-taught culinary skills at some of the top Napa Valley vineyards and restaurants. She returned to New Orleans and put local seasonal menus in play at Satsuma Café and Café Hope, a non-profit restaurant teaching at-risk youth. In 2014 she founded Mosquito Supper Club in a 19th century home on Dryades Street.
